What is the Fun Committee?

This fun-loving group bakes goodies for and helps host our Heart Connections as well as assists in facilitating set up for Special Events.

How much time is required?

There are 6-7 Heart Connections annually and several Special Events (Wild Game Banquet, Ladies' Night Out, etc...). Therefore, you will be asked to help at least 7 or 8 times during the year.

How will I find out what I need to prepare for each event?

The Fun Director will contact you by phone or e-mail a week or two before the scheduled event. At that time, she will inform you about what specific dessert is needed.

What happens if I am unable to help during a scheduled event?

You should contact the director as soon as possible so that she can get someone else to help.

What do I do at Heart Connections besides providing a dessert?

We will need you to help set up and serve the desserts as well as to clean up after the meeting. Also, we encourage you to fellowship with the ladies present. Help make them feel comfortable! Practice Hospitality!

What will I do at the other Special Events besides providing a dessert (if needed)?

You will be asked to assist in setting up, decorating, serving and cleaning up.
